Bastidas Caldentey is a local studio based in Palma de Mallorca since 2010. The practice is experienced in designing residential buildings that respond creatively to their context, climate and local culture.

The focus is on creating materially rich projects, often using natural local elements in a contemporary way. The use of refined details in contrasting materials create a harmonious blend. Adapting the aesthetics to the natural environment kick-starts the creative process.
